Chest/ Bicep day

PECCCCZ

1 .Warm up 2 sets of dumbbell press+ 1min rest btwn each set+ 55 lb Workout Set of 8 Reps

3 min break

2. Bench Press Drop set starting off from 155 lb 3.5 reps + rest 15 sec + 1 rep

then triple drop sets.. + pushups

3 min rest

3. Incline DB flys (1 warm up 27 lb + 1 min rest + 30 lb 8 reps)

4. Pushups until failure.

Overall: was okayish workout ..needs to be more intense. But good pumps ;)

BICEPPPP

1. 27 lb warmup 10 reps for each arms easy

2 min break cuz every one was stealing db’s from each other….

2. 45 lb barbell preacher curls 13 reps easy

3. 60 lb Barbell forced negatives 7 reps

4. 5 reps of barbell

1 minute pushup

Done….?

Overall: Bicep was crazy.. couldn’t even brush my teeth properly as i got home.

 My whole body aches cuz of conditioning for dance..but ready for more goku body YEAH.
